Old Colony Hospice has a Support Service Team dedicated to helping you through a time of difficulty or personal grief. Our social workers also offer pre-bereavement support to the family members of Old Colony Hospice patients to provide supportive interventions before death.
Currently, due to Covid-19, all support groups are offered via Zoom. Groups are open to the community and are free of charge.
