Our 21st Annual Memorial Walk & Run will be Sunday, April 28th, 2019 at the Irish Cultural Centre in Canton, MA. This family-friendly annual event is not just your typical fundraising walk, but also an opportunity to remember and reflect on loved ones that have passed. Our Memorial Walk & Run brings together families that have experienced similar losses and many of the caretakers that they worked with under Old Colony Hospices care in a positive and upbeat environment that creates lasting happy memories for all involved. We will have music, food, raffles, fun activities for children; and with the support of our community and sponsors we know this year's event will be even better than the last! Join us today!
