Several Old Colony Hospice employees attended the Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of Massachusetts Conference that took place On Monday, October 23 through Wednesday, October 25th at the Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood, MA. The role of HPCFM is to advocate to advance and promote excellence in end-of-life care. The education conference is held yearly to collaborate and educate hospice and palliative care programs to advance Hospice Education.
