Memorial Giving

One of the most meaningful ways to support the patients and families we serve is by designating Old Colony Hospice as the recipient of memorial gifts. In this way, family members and friends can help to ensure that those in need receive the special care they deserve. We are here to assist you and can provide wording to use in obituary notices or donation envelopes should you need them.

Tribute Giving

Throughout the year we all celebrate special occasions and mark milestones - birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, weddings, etc. Please consider asking family and friends to honor you, a loved one or colleague with a donation to Old Colony Hospice in lieu of gifts.
