CLINICAL MANAGER - FULL TIME
The position of Clinical Manager requires a Hospice Nurse with 3-5 years of Hospice experience; prior supervisory experience also required. The Clinical Manager is responsible for daily oversight and supervision, training, and evaluating a team of Hospice RNs. This position oversees the daily care and services promoting continuity and adherence to the hospice plan of care. Must have valid and current RN license to practice in the Commonwealth of MA, and have graduated from an accredited degree program; Undergraduate degree (BSN) and/or advanced certification highly desired; knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local hospice regulations; excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and computer proficiency using electronic medical records software.

HOSPICE RN CASE MANAGER – FULL TIME (Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p)
The Hospice RN Case Manager is a full-time position responsible for providing end of life care to our patients and their caregivers assuring quality and continuity of services in accordance with the plan of care.  This position requires: a current and valid MA RN license to practice in the Commonwealth of MA; 1-2 years prior hospice experience; able to work as part of a team; effective communication and planning to ensure consistently high levels of service; and computer proficiency using electronic medical records software; and must be able to travel from office to patient home/facilities throughout the areas served.

HOSPICE AIDE/CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT - FULL TIME - Two Positions Available
Full Time Hospice Aide/CNA needed for busy hospice team to care for our patients in their homes or skilled nursing facilities. Must have current and valid certification by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; a minimum of 1 year prior hospice experience; reliable transportation; and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


MEDICAL BILLER - FULL TIME
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing and submission of hospice bills and election forms to third party payers including Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance companies. Must have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a related position with a hospice/healthcare organization; fully knowledgeable about 3rd party billing and specifically hospice billing with Medicare, Medicaid, MassHealth, etc. and must be proficient in Microsoft Office as well as with data entry & database management and other computer applications; have excellent attendance, interpersonal, time management & organizational skills.
