Welcome to the 2017 Old Colony Hospice Safe Driving Education Program

Directions:

1.  Obtain a paper quiz (refer to email sent on 4/13/17 or obtain copy from reception). We recommend you complete the paper quiz because you will be able to answer the questions as you move along through the presentation.  

*You can also complete the paper quiz and then submit your answers electronically (preferred method)!*

2.  At the end of the presentation, you will be given instructions on how to complete the electronic quiz if you wish to submit it electronically!
