The sooner you call, the sooner we can help

By coming to our web site, you are taking an important step in understanding hospice care.

When the goal of treatment begins to shift from an illness to providing comfort, it is time to consider hospice. When your loved one says "I just want to go home," it is time to consider hospice. When someone you love is in pain, it is time to consider hospice. When someone you love is struggling to live each day to its fullest, it is time to consider hospice. When YOU need support in managing the day-to-day care of someone you love and don't know where to go for help, it is time to consider hospice.

Old Colony Hospice provides compassionate care and wonderful support to individuals and their families who are living with a terminal illness. Hospice helps unite families and friends together to support the seriously ill person in an environment that provides comfort, respect and dignity while maintaining quality of life.

We realize that everyone needs help and support in taking care of their loved ones. Hospice has become the GOLD standard of care. Whether our services are provided in the home or nursing home, our families are consistently saying to us, "We wish we knew about you sooner!" The Old Colony Hospice professional staff and trained volunteers are available to assist you. Open your heart to hospice and let us help you.
