Old Colony Hospice, Inc. is a non-profit, Medicare certified, accredited health care organization that provides interdisciplinary services to meet the physical, spiritual and psychosocial needs of patients with advanced disease and their families/loved ones. We have provided hospice care since 1979 within 40 cities and towns located in Bristol, Plymouth and Norfolk counties.
