Old Colony Hospice wants to thank all of the walker, their supporters, the volunteers, businesses and corporate sponsors for making the 11th Memorial Stepping Out for Old Colony Hospice such a great success.
How inspiring it was to watch a community come together, as ours did on Sunday, April 26, to honor and remember loved ones and friends, to raise awareness of the importance of end-of-life care and to raise funds to help others when they need it most.
